
Thank you for your interest in joining Creative Hosts as an Associate Member. To maintain quality and relevance within Creative Hosts, potential Associate Members are asked which of the following approval criteria they meet to be considered.
These criteria aim to ensure that the people we work with align with the standards and values we and our members expect. We appreciate that your business might not meet all of them, especially if you’re a new business or independent artisan, just be honest and let’s see if there’s enough to work with. At the end of the day our aim is to create an authentic, trustworthy and creative network.
1. Financial Stability
Business must be financially sound and operationally stable. Background checks will be made.
2. Minimum 24 Months Trading
At least two years of continuous trading with an active business presence.
3. Ten or More Customer Testimonials
Min of 10 verifiable testimonials, preferably related to this sector.
4. Industry-Relevant Experience
An understanding / track record of working with unique stays / hospitality businesses.
5. Responsive Customer Service
A demonstrated commitment to timely & professional customer support.
6. Transparent Pricing
Clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or confusing terms.
7. Ethical Business Practices
Fair, respectful and, where possible, sustainable values.
8. Product/Service Quality Guarantee
Evidence of consistently high-quality delivery and product guarantees.
9. Professional Online Presence
An up-to-date website or online portfolio of your services or products.
10. Proof of Insurance (where applicable)
Relevant business, liability, or product / service insurance.
11. Clear Delivery Timelines
Accurate and dependable lead times or project dates.
12. Refunds / Returns / Complaints Policy
Published process for handling issues or concerns.
13. Commitment to the Sector
Demonstrated interest in and alignment with experiential hospitality, tourism or travel.
14. No Conflict of Interest
Not directly or indirectly involved in competing services that conflict with Creative Hosts, or plans to do so.
15. Willingness to Offer Member-Only Offers
Exclusive or ‘first dibs’ offers for Creative Hosts members where feasible.
16. Up-to-Date Certifications or Licenses (where applicable)
You hold all the necessary / legal certificates, qualifications or licenses to offer your services / products.
17. GDPR & Data Compliance
If you handle customer data (email marketing tools, tech platforms etc.), you comply with data protection regulations.
18. Case Studies or Portfolio Work
In addition to testimonials, several case studies showcasing how you’ve delivered successful results for similar customers.
19. A willingness to contribute
To contribute advice, insights and content for sharing with members and on public channels.
